How to Apply Tape In Hair Extensions

1) Part your hair into sections where you want to apply the extension, you can use a comb to do this. Remove the label to expose the sticky side of the weft. This is double sided tape with adhesive on both sides. Leave one side of the tape covered until you are ready to attach the extension.

2) Apply the tape to the uppermost section of the hair. Do not apply directly to the scalp.

3) Pull off the other side of the tape. This is the side facing away from your natural hair.

4) Press the extension onto the exposed side of the tape. Run your finger over the extension attached to the tape to secure it. If you wish, press down with hair straightener for 5 seconds to secure.
