What is your customer service opening times?

How can I purchase your product? Do I need to register first? 

You have the option to register with Forever Young or check out as a guest, basically which ever option is convenient for you. If you are planning on shopping with us again, it may be advisable to register first with benefits including quicker checkout, order history and reward points. 

 

How do I pay for my order?

You can easily place an order on the Forever Young website, just choose the order and checkout, as simple as that! Forever Young accepts all major debit/credits cards and paypal payments securely and easily. All credit/debit card payments are subject to validation and authorisation by both us and the card issuer.

 

Has my order been shipped out yet?

As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will be sent an automated email to confirm.

 

I have received a faulty item, what should I do?

I am missing an item from my order, what should I do?

How do I return an item?

We hope that you will be pleased with your order. However, in the event that your order is not suitable, we are happy to accept returns for a refund (excluding postage) or an exchange with 14 days of purchase.

It is very important that you include a note with your order number, name, reason for returning and return requirements. 

In the event of a return, the customer is responsible for postage costs. It is highly unlikely that a product may be faulty, however in the case returning postage will be refunded on arrival.

How long will delivery take?

We aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day, however this can vary due to stock availability. You’ll be advised of the estimated delivery date shortly after your order is placed. Standard delivery is normally 2-3 working days and we also offer a next day delivery service.
